Grievance Redressal Cell

A dedicated mechanism for addressing student, staff, and stakeholder grievances fairly and promptly.

Purpose

The Grievance Redressal Cell provides a formal mechanism for students, staff, and stakeholders to report academic, administrative, or personal grievances. The cell ensures timely resolution, confidentiality, and fair hearing in accordance with UGC and NCTE guidelines.

File a Grievance

All grievances are treated with confidentiality. You will receive a reference number for tracking.

How to File a Complaint

Write a formal complaint

Address it to the Grievance Cell Convener or Principal with your name, ID, and details.

Submit in writing or via email

Drop at the college office or email to dayingeringcollege@gmail.com

Acknowledgment within 3 days

The cell will acknowledge receipt and assign a reference number.

Investigation & hearing

The committee examines the matter, calls relevant parties, and investigates.

Resolution within 15 working days

A written resolution is communicated. Appeal can be made to the Principal.
