DECTE provides the following online services through this website:

  • Admission application submission for B.Ed. and B.A. programmes
  • Online fee payment for admission, tuition, and other academic charges
  • Access to notices, academic calendar, and downloadable documents
  • Student portal for academic records and attendance
  • Alumni registration
  • Contact and inquiry forms

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for prospective students, enrolled students, parents/guardians, alumni, and authorized staff. Admission eligibility is governed by NCTE norms, RGU regulations, and college-specific criteria published on this website.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You must not share your account or impersonate another person.
  • The college reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse.

5. Payments

  • All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Fees are paid by direct UPI transfer to the college account. No third-party payment gateway is used.
  • You must upload your payment receipt and UPI reference number so the accounts office can verify the transfer.
  • Official receipts are generated after the accounts office verifies your payment, not at the moment of transfer.
  • The college is not responsible for payment failures caused by banking or network issues.
  • Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, documents, and course materials is the property of DECTE or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Submitting false or misleading information in applications
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system
  • Using the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfering with the website's operation or security

8. Disclaimer

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pasighat, East Siang District, Arunachal Pradesh.
